This Privacy Policy explains how Educational Experiences Abroad LLC (herein referred to as “EEAbroad”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), a Massachusetts limited liability company, collects, uses, and discloses information about the user and/or visitor (also “You” or “Your”) when You access or use Our websites, and other products, offerings, and services (collectively, the “Services”), contact Our team, engage with Us on social media, or otherwise interact with Us, such as when You participate in one of Our tours or virtual learning modules.

If We make changes, We will notify You by revising the date referenced at the top of the Privacy Policy and, in some cases, We may provide You with additional notice (such as adding a statement to Our website homepage or sending You a notification). Information You Provide to Us
We collect information You provide directly to Us. For example, We collect information when You request a booking, go on one of Our tours or programs, fill out a form, engage with Our virtual learning portal and experiences, comment on a blog, participate in a promotion, apply for a job, communicate with Us via third party social media sites, or otherwise communicate with Us. The types of information We may collect include Your name, email address, postal address, phone number, credit card, and other payment information, government identification information (like passport information when You make a booking), health and medical information, and any other information You choose to provide. We may collect information from You offline, such as when You speak on the phone with an EEAbroad representative or interact with Us in person on one of Our tours or programs.

Social Media
When You access or interact with the EEAbroad through a social media service such as Instagram, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn, We may have visibility to Your profile name and other information You have made public in connection with that particular social media service. The social media companies may collect and share anonymous aggregate metrics with Us regarding use, such as the total number of clicks, shares, users’ demographics (e.g., age range, gender, location, etc.). These social media companies are not operated by EEAbroad; use of their services is governed by the privacy policies of the individual social media companies.
Linking
Within the EEAbroad website are embedded applications, plug-ins, widgets, and other content that links to non-EEAbroad websites. These websites operate independently of EEAbroad and have their own privacy policies. EEAbroad is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of non-EEAbroad websites, and such link is not intended to be an endorsement of the non-EEAbroad website or its content. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHERS
We may allow third parties to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on Our behalf across the web and in mobile applications.
